You are invited to join Caritas Salford, Revive, CAFOD, CSAN and JRS on Saturday 3 December 2016 for a service of hope and dedication to mark the end of the Year of Mercy and the beginning of Advent.

During the Year of Mercy, Catholics of all ages from across England and Wales showed their care and compassion for our brothers and sisters fleeing war, poverty or persecution. You have written thousands of messages of hope for refugees and held prayerful pilgrimages. Thank you for your part in this act of mercy.

On 3 December we will recognise this commitment, dedicate the messages received so far before they are shared with refugees, and continue to hold in our prayers those who face difficult journeys and uncertain futures.

We hope you will join us for a short act of worship with Bishop John Arnold of Salford. You are invited to stay afterwards to meet others and share your stories.

If you are able to come please register on our Eventbrite
