Nana Anto-Awuakye

Nana Anto-Awuakye, CAFOD's Head of World News

Nana Anto-Awuakye is the Head of our World News Unit, and has worked at CAFOD since August 2005. She has previously been a BBC radio producer, producing programmes such as Woman's Hour on Radio 4, and Outlook on BBC World Service radio, and ran the United Nations radio operation in Kosovo. She is responsible for the national and Catholic media output and communications strategies in relation to all aspects of CAFOD’s international programme work, including our responses to humanitarian emergencies. Laura Ouseley

Laura Ouseley, CAFOD's World News Officer

Laura Ouseley is our World News Officer, taking up the role in January 2016. She has previously worked for CAFOD and ABColombia, where she was raising awareness of human rights concerns in Colombia. Lucinda Devine

Lucinda Devine, CAFOD's Head of UK News

Lucinda Devine is Head of our UK News Unit, and joined CAFOD in January 2014. She previously worked at PR agency Consolidated PR, running accounts for clients across the business and financial sectors, and began her career as a journalist writing for both financial publications and diary reporting for national newspapers. She is responsible for our communications with the national media on all UK aspects of our work, including policy issues, our campaigning activity and how CAFOD as an organisation is run. Liam Finn

Liam Finn - CAFOD's UK News Officer

Liam Finn is our UK News Officer and has worked for CAFOD since February 2014. He works on securing media coverage of our campaigns and policy work, and has worked with CAFOD supporters in schools and parishes to celebrate their stories in local media. Elouise Hobbs

Elouise Hobbs, CAFOD's Regional News Officer

Elouise is our Regional News Officer and has worked for CAFOD since January 2016. She is responsible for covering regional events, working closely with supporters and volunteers to secure local coverage of campaigns, and fundraisers, in parishes and schools throughout England and Wales. Kemi Bamgbose

Kemi Bamgbose is CAFOD’s PR manager (maternity cover) having joined in August 2016. An NCTJ accredited journalist, Kemi has worked in PR, media communications and campaigns within the public and not for profit sector for the last eight years. Kemi has worked across a variety of policy areas including arts and culture, human rights, international development, health and social care,  education and regeneration. Previous roles include working for Premier Christian Media Trust as campaigns manager and as campaigns coordinator for Livability (formerly Shaftesbury Society and John Grooms).
