Malawian chocolate slab

- 2 cups biscuit crumbs
- 2 tbs sugar (fairtrade)
- 1tbs cocoa
- 2tbs margarine
- 1 egg beaten (organic)
- 1 tbs vanilla
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Press the mixture flat in a greased baking tray.
- Set aside in a fridge or cool pace until hard.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
