COVID-19: information for volunteers
Thank you for your patience while we take on board the changing situation with COVID-19 and the incredibly important role you play to support the work CAFOD is mandated to deliver.
CAFOD is following the advice issued by the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of England & Wales (CBCEW) as well as the UK government.
Following the government’s advice, we have taken the decision to cancel all face-to-face events and meetings. This will be the case until at least June, although this will be kept under review in line with government and Church guidance.
Where possible, we will offer alternatives while we explore different ways to continue our vital work together.
Your staff contacts will still be available by mobile phone, email and via social media, so if you have any questions or thoughts do not hesitate to contact them. We will do our best to keep you updated on what we are doing and we are happy to share with you ways in which you can continue to support our work.
Meet us online
While we can't meet face to face we would love to see you online.

Pray without ceasing for our common home
Join us in praying for climate justice. Sign up to take part as an individual or a family.
We hope to be able to offer you more opportunities like this to connect with the lives of our sisters and brothers around the world while we spend more time at home. In the meantime, we continue to pray for those affected by the virus and the healthcare workers caring for them.
