Written evidence submitted to the International Development Committee's inquiry on the Future of UK Aid by CAFOD, the official aid agency for the Catholic Church in England and Wales.
The International Development Committee is conducting ongoing scrutiny work into the changes to the aid budget.
Work in this area includes scrutiny of the cut from spending 0.7% to 0.5% of UK GNI on ODA, the merger of the FCO and DFID and the conclusions of the Integrated Review.
