This season of Advent we have heard about the life of John the Baptist. He was very important in preparing people for the gift of Jesus to the world. We continue to wait in hopeful expectation to hear again and celebrate the Christmas story next week.

Delinah brought her seven-month-old baby, Muzina, to a mobile health clinic supported by CAFOD. She was worried that Muzina wasn’t growing. Delinah said: “I saw he wasn’t gaining weight and it pained me.”
Muzina was severely malnourished. Through the mobile clinic, he was referred to the hospital for an emergency nutrition paste made from peanuts. Access to medical care like this is essential.
