Let the festivities commence
This year, we’re ramping up the festivities! Get ready for:
Exciting routes: Choose between a fully marshalled 3k or 5k route, starting and finishing on the Wavertree Athletics track - perfect for chasing a personal best or enjoying a leisurely stroll.
Vibrant event village: Enjoy hot drinks, mince pies, face painting, a raffle and live music.
40th anniversary medal: Celebrate with a special finisher medal marking our milestone year.
Special guest: The event will be opened by 2024 Children's Laureate Frank Cottrell-Boyce.
Make a difference together
This year, the Liverpool Fun Run will be fundraising to help families in Ukraine who have been hit by the humanitarian crisis caused by war.
In Ukraine, 6 million people have had to flee their homes and need our continued support. These families, who have gone through so much, are now threatened by a freezing winter without means of heating or cooking food.
Together, we can make a difference. Join us at the Liverpool Fun Run and start fundraising today to help Ukrainian families cook and stay warm this winter.

Easy! You can sign up right now. By signing up in advance, you guarantee your spot for the event and can start fundraising straight away.
You can also register on the day. Registration opens at 10am, ready for an 11am start time.
Yes! You can still register on the day. Registration opens from 10am, with the fun run starting at 11am.
If you are registering on the day, please arrive in plenty of time to allow for queues at the registration desk, so you are ready and raring to go at the start line for 11am.
The Liverpool Fun Run will be taking place at Wavertree Athletics Centre, Wellington Road, Grant Avenue, Liverpool, L15 4LE.
The actual run will start and finish on the athletics track, with the route running through the neighbouring park.
There is free parking available at the sports park.
The nearest train station is Wavertree Technology Park.
The nearest bus stop is Southdale Road.
It's not mandatory to fundraise. However, we would be so grateful if you were able to gain sponsorship for taking part in the fun run, no matter how big or small.
The ticket price covers the running costs of the event, but the sponsorship you gain will help us to support the communities we serve even further.
You will be set up automatically with a fundraising page when you sign up. You can also download a sponsorship form to collect cash donations.
If you'd prefer not to fundraise, you can also make a donation when you sign up online, or on the day of the event.
