God our Father,
in an outpouring of your great love for us,
you gave up your only Son.
When he conquered death and returned to your right hand,
you gave us your Spirit.
Help us to allow the Holy Spirit to thrive
and yield fruit in our hearts.
As you continue to dwell within us, Father,
may our actions and words convey one message:
love for you and our neighbour.
